Temp-to-hire placement is an assignment for an employer looking to fill permanent hire positions. This type of position allows you to demonstrate your skills and work ethic, while letting you gauge if the company is a good fit for you before making a full-time commitment.
Direct hire placement offers a qualified candidate the opportunity to work full-time for a client company. ERG Staffing acts as the recruiter. If you meet the qualifications for the position and are selected by our client, you are hired to work directly for their company.
In the case of temporary and temp-to-hire placements, you are employed by ERG Staffing and receive payment and benefits from us.
