Whether it’s for peak season, short-term projects, or vacations, our temporary staffing options deliver skilled staff so you can stay efficient and productive.
Try workers out before putting them on your payroll. This option allows you to observe
employees and their work habits before committing, ensuring a good fit for both you and the employee, and reducing turnover. We pay the employee’s wages, benefits, insurance, taxes and other hiring costs. When the trial period ends, you can choose to convert the individual to your payroll or have them remain on ours.
When you have a high volume of a temporary/contract employees working at your business, we can provide an on-site staffing professional to manage these workers, so your temporary workforce management is efficient, safe, and productive, allowing your team leaders to focus on other priorities.
If you have your own candidates, you can send them to us and we will put them on our payroll until you are ready to hire them.
With our Direct Hire option, we take care of ads, resumes, skills testing, and conduct first
in-person interviews. We also work with your hiring managers to present your offer and
negotiate compensation. Upon hire, a competitive fee is payable.

At ERG Staffing, our goal is to help you grow your business by providing you with the right people at the right time. To help ensure that applicants are right for the job, all candidates are interviewed and an assessment will be administered at the client’s request. This helps to determine skills and competencies in order to ensure the right match for your business. In addition, all candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check, drug screen, and E-verify.
Once candidates are matched to an assignment, they are required to go through a client-specific orientation before beginning the assignment to ensure that they hit the ground running. We will review your company-provided safety and orientation materials with our employees, and administer testing, when applicable, at our location, prior to sending our temporary employees onsite.
